AccelVeo is priced based on your operational footprint using Zones — defined production areas where the platform monitors performance, risk, and efficiency. A one-time deployment fee covers production-ready setup and integration.

A Zone is a defined operational area where AccelVeo monitors activity, runs AI detections, and generates performance insights — such as a production line, packaging cell, warehouse area, or yard segment. Each Zone operates as a performance unit with its own analytics, alerts, and KPIs.

The Pilot is a fixed-scope 8-week deployment designed to validate ROI in a live production environment. The Pilot fee is $10,000 flat. A one-time $15,000 deployment setup fee is also required, which is credited toward your first annual subscription if you continue.

The Pilot runs for 8 weeks. The start date is defined in the AccelVeo Statement of Work (SOW) and the 8-week period begins on the Project Start Date.

Core is priced per Zone per month, supporting between 1 and 3 Zones. At $10,000 per Zone per month: 1 Zone is $10,000/month, 2 Zones is $20,000/month, and 3 Zones is $30,000/month. A $15,000 one-time setup fee applies. For 4 or more Zones, Enterprise is the right fit.

No. Core supports up to 3 Zones. If you need 4 or more Zones, that requires an Enterprise deployment which supports multi-site and multi-plant rollouts.

Cloud costs are billed to your Cloud Provider account. AccelVeo operates as an application and intelligence layer within your environment, allowing you to retain ownership of your infrastructure. AccelVeo handles deployment, manages the application layer, and oversees ongoing model optimization.
